Images of Nature

Many of the Earth's beautiful and abundant rugged woodland and mountain areas in America have experienced a history threatened by urban sprawl, logging, pollution, drilling, and mining. Fortunately many of us have realized this, and have been making efforts to reconstitute the natural heritage of this country. I love the natural beauty of the area where I live, in Central Pennsylvania, and have devoted my free time over the last several years to what has been preserved, and grown back. My landscape artwork includes glacial formations including mountain ridges, rock formations, rivers , woodland streams and waterfalls, hardwood and evergreen forests, including some patches of old growth Eastern Hemlock and Hickory. Sometimes animals grace me with their presence, and allow me to capture the special moment.

My goal is to share the beauty as well as the the scars contained in these outdoor scenes, hoping you appreciate the visual stories presented by my photographs, and through their colors, contrast, form, and textures, are humbly thought-provoking, helping to provide a therapeutic and energizing inspiration in your life.

Custom-Made Prints:

For 17” X 22” prints, I use high resolution images, the finest pigment inks, and museum grade, archival quality paper, which ensures the images will stand the test of time, as long as they are kept out of direct sunlight and high humidity. Smaller prints such as 8.5” X 11”, I use a premium quality matte paper, and archival pigment inks.

Every print that I personally print and sign, includes a Certificate of Authenticity, with my signature and the details of the materials used in the printing process.
